...and inverted the '08 portion to read '80, then stamped the bottom of a fake selective service form as if he really filled it out. Sheriff Joe's Posse proved that all forms had the entire year in the stamp....but not odumbo's.
When, pray tell, will ANY of the media do their job and search out obamas's fake documents and confront him with it????
I will always allow for the possibility that Obama’s parents and/or grandparents arranged for someone at Kapi’olani Hospital to create a falsified data birth certificate for him. Since he signed it, the most likely hypothetical candidate would be Attending Ob-Gyn David Sinclair, M.D.
The motivation for creating a birth certfcate would be to insure American citizenship for the child or to increase the odds of the father being granted Permanent Resident Alien status with an American wife AND child. That zips an alien up to the top of the list for a Green Card.
Forty-seven years later when Hawaii government officials went to check on the birth record, they found a “real” original vital record in the files.
Back in 1961 there was almost no attention paid to idenity theft or the current day issues of illegal immigration.
Which are words I never said. You're up to your old stupid tricks again.
TThere is reason to believe a few of them would have affirmed to Maraniss what they had already affirmed. S.A. and Lolo submitted a school application stating Obama was born in Honolulu, HI, on Aug 4, 1961. Why is it to be supposed she would have told Maraniss differently? Obama Sr. Told the INS he had a son (named Barack Obama) born in Hawaii. Why is it to be supposed he would have told Maraniss differently? Dr. Sinclair signed the birth certificate. HIPAA considerations aside, why is it to be supposed he would have told Maraniss differently?
It's not because "I am right" (though I am). It's because there is sound reason based on other evidence to surmise what these witnesses would have told Maraniss.
The results of any data coming from any Federal agency are entirely in the hands of Barack Obama. They are as credible as the inflation or unemployment Data.
When it registers a hit, do you immediately spring into action or do you wait until the message level has reached a specific number of bytes?
Cause I don't believe you spend every minute of every day waiting till someone posts something questioning Obama's legitimacy so that you can leap to his defense, Mr. Die Hard Conservative Republican from the Southern California Urban center of San Diego where there is Heap big um Tribe of Conservative Republicans.
Short of possessing omniscience (nope) or a perfect historical record (which, by definition, never exists) the "it's possible" scenario in historical accounts often can't be excluded. Though it's still an Occam's Razor world I inhabit, and so the "is it plausible?" question persists.
Under your Dr. Sinclair hypothesis, did Sinclair actually attend a birth? If so, I see no reason at all for him to think any of the information supplied was false. If not, why on earth would a physician potentially put his medical license on the line to help out some African dude (whom he's likely never met) or even to help out the Dunhams (who had just moved to Hawaii about a year prior; it's not like he's been their trusted family physician for generations)?
And what might have been falsified?
BHO as father? That seems doubtful unless one wants to do the "does the Prez look more like F. Davis, Malcolm, or the Subud guy?" bit. Once that INS gambit failed and BHO returned to Africa, why maintain the pretense that BHO was Obama's father (to the point of letting Obama publish an entire book about this) if he was in fact not?
Stanley Ann as mother? Even less likely. A family foisting off someone else's child onto their 17 year old daughter, who nonetheless maintains a lifelong relationship with Obama? Nah.
Obama not being born in the U.S.? Again, the alternatives are less plausible than the story told by the birth certificate. Kenya can near absolutely be precluded given the timetable of when the Dunhams arrived in Hawaii and when S.A. was back in Seattle, plus the records which show only 1 person coming from that whole region of Africa to the U.S. in that time period (S.A. plus baby makes two.) Washington? Obama is still a U.S. citizen; why forge the birth in Hawaii? Canada? An hypothesis lacking even a shred of direct evidence.
A falsified-from-the-start certificate is possible, but at the end of the day, not very plausible, no mater how one slices this.
Did he really find people who claimed to remember this, or is this sarcasm? My sarcasm meter has been broken for awhile because stuff nowadays is so silly it makes it impossible to tell the difference between the truth and a joke. (Like US Military Celebrating Transgenders, etc.)
Ha! I should have read further. :)
Every statement from them has a legal out which keeps whatever information they are certifying from being conclusive proof.
And no, you won't be allowed to see the original or an actual certified (with no wiggle room) copy of it.
Must have a bat twitter or something.
Things will just go down hill from here.
It is needed for One official purpose. To Demonstrate that a man who went through life claiming to be from Kenya, is in fact actually born in the United States rather than having just a bunch of knocked up paperwork from the Porous back door border of that Democrat Island in the Pacific.
That is, if he wants to get on the Presidential Ballot. Fortunately for him, we have 50 States with Idiots for Election officials.
No they haven't. They just keep saying the information is "in their files."
This says nothing about it being original, merely that this information has been put "in their files."
Likely Multiply times adopted Obama has had much information put in those Hawaiian files. We only want the original information. None of that other crap addresses the salient point, which is whether this Bastard child of a Muslim Communist and a skank has even 14th amendment citizenship.
Hey Dummy! We don't give a sh*t what the state department accepts. The Constitution is a higher authority and is not governed by their preferences.
Only such material as is demonstrably provable to establish qualifications is acceptable, and once again, no body gives a sh*t what the state department or the local DMV thinks in regards to this.
In 1990, Obama stated to the NYT, WashPo, Tribune and LAT (I'll give one link) that he was "born in Hawaii," and this fact was reported nationwide. Where are you getting this "went through life claiming to be from Kenya" bit from? Surely, you can't mean that agency bio blurb the year later -- the one where Obama's info was included in a pamphlet along with about 80 other authors and disseminated just to a handful a potential publishers?
Given that the year prior it had been reported nationwide Obama was born in Hawaii, the agency bit was obviously (as they have stated) a goof-up. ("Dreams," accordingly, says not one peep about being born in Kenya; an odd omission if that's the schtick Obama was trying to pitch).
I wouldn't go that far. Illinois keeps getting it's politicians thrown in Prison, and I have high hopes that their current adopted son will eventually end up there as well.
But yeah, Hawaii looks to be pretty corrupt in regards to giving back door citizenship to people throughout the Pacific rim.
Well, DumbDumb, perhaps you can point me to the provision in the Constitution where it mentions the necessary elements of a birth certificate.
Only such material as is demonstrably provable to establish qualifications is acceptable, and once again,
And why doesn't material that meets the requirements for all other official purposes establish those qualifications? Who appointed you Grand Poobah on what meets the Constitutional standard? Answer: no one. So pipe down.
Yeah, that Obamacare thing was just totally a fluke. All of the ICE deportations being stopped, well that's just another fluke. The IRS persecutions of Tea Party organizations is a further Fluke.
We can tell you either don't get your news from good sources, or you don't comprehend it. Perhaps both. It would certainly explain a lot.
I find it amusing too. Most likely it is a Home for Unwed Mothers in White Rock Canada, though Stanley wouldn't have been there for being unwed.
More like her Racist Kansas parents were furious with her for getting knocked up by a Black guy in 1961, a circumstance that was a crime in many states at the time, and certainly a humiliation to a Racist Kansas family. They probably sent her up to Blaine Washington (Where her aunt lived) as was done in those times when an unwanted birth would be an occasion of great shame.
As a matter of fact, Madelyn Dunham was so ashamed of the fact that her grandson was half Black, that she didn't tell her coworkers she even had a grandson. No pictures on her Desk, nothing.
They found out when he ran for the Illinois Senate some thirty years later.
She was right to feel ashamed of him, but not because he was black. She should feel ashamed of him because he's a Lazy, Stupid, Ignorant but Arrogant Bastard. Kinda like you.
If you dig through the threads on this issue you will find postings of the Passenger Aircraft rules from that period. They wouldn't allow a two week old infant to fly.
Of course you are gullible enough to believe they would. Idiot.
The Onaka verification to Ken Bennett in Arizona:
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §338-14.3, I verify the following:
1. A birth certificate is on file with the Department of Health indicating that Barack Hussein Obama, II was born in Honolulu, Hawaii.
* * *
Additionally, I verify that the information in the copy of Certificate of Live Birth that you attached with your request matches the original record in our files.
I see the word "original." And the words "Barach Hussein, Obama, II was born in Honolulu, Hawaii" is about as simple, direct, and unambiguous as could possibly be said.
That direct attestation of birth in Hawaii means BHO II has 14th Amendment birth citizenship and that he is a "natural born citizen," since both the 39th Congress and the SCOTUS have indicated those mean the same thing. (Or are you in need of a refresher on this point?)
