Georgia rules.
You need a State “weapons permit” to carry (either open or concealed).

Well, the woman’s isn’t concealed. I wondered about the men, but it may just be the camera angle cropped their out.

Open carry is legal in Georgia with permit.

Even if concealed, they’re providing a much better defense than the disarmed soldiers.
