Nope. A place of pure peace for Battleships and Tourists alike. I was thinking it would be a great place for a picnic with the wife and grandkiddies. /sarc
I find it more scary he wanted to work at a nuclear facility. Sort of like wanting to become a pilot.
Should we assume they want the religion of peace to be able to have their guns? :>)
I was thinking of that earlier, that guns is normally the first item that gets brought up. Then racism. Then insanity. Then militias. Then the NRA. Then a live report on former Congresswoman whasername.
.....jihadists?....crickets....

Gritty,
Excellent questions!

Tragic that the peaceful religion of Islam is given a bad name by these rare occurrences of violence.
This poor youth was just reacting to all of the bullying that he experienced growing up in a racist society like ours.
We know that ever since 9 11, Muslim Americans have faced terrible discrimination.
Young Muhammad took a look at the wars of aggression that the United States is fostering the last 20 years and finally he broke down and committed this rare act of criminal activity — so contrary to the loving teachings of his faith.
Sad day for the Islamic world.
How much time elapsed between being let go from the nuke plant job and the shooting?
Maybe the nuke plant was Plan A, and when that didn’t pan out, he went to Plan B.
Red Flags are RACIS' especially if they have stars and bars on them dontchaknow?
I’m going to put a stop to this.
I worked at a nuke plant between 1986 - 1993. My supervisor was a Maronite Christian from Lebanon. Five of the electrical engineers were Muslims, from places such as Jordan, Lebanon, Israel, and Syria. Not everyone from the Near East is a terrorist.
Nope. And not everybody from Hitler's Germany was an SS Trooper or a True Nazi Believer. But we still banned Nazis from the USA in those days.
On the other hand, this is today and we would rather die as a victim of Jihad than offend anybody, right? After all, it wouldn't be fair to profile people belonging to a murderous death cult bent on world conquest - even if we don't know for certain if they really support it or not.
I guess we'll find out when they cut our throats... or not.
Silence because it’s a Fast & Furious gun?
Media instructed to switch to story template B-2-C.
Are you suggesting I repeat myself myself?
Red Flags at a Redskins/Chiefs game in Kansas Indian Territory
These guys are going to prove to be Saudi Funded. Let’s go get ‘em.
I can barely type through the tears.
I’m sure Islam had nothing to do with a man named “Muhammad” killing people

>>Surely, all of this should have raised red flags.
Unless it is a red flag with a blue X and some white stars, it can’t possibly be a threat.

This guy that shot up the recruiting stations was a radical islamist.
He first tried to get a job at a nuke plant, but didn’t pass the background check.
This is AFTER he put in his high school yearbook a crack about his name making people afraid, etc.
Guys dad was on watch list but was taken off.
Perp was MUSLIM.
He shot up TWO recruiting centers, and killed MARINES...
Nuff said.
Initial speculation was a 'big black rifle' of some sort. Maybe they disappointed it wasn't an AR variant or M-16. Also heard he had four weapons but can't find what they were.
Yes, I know all that. But Near Easterners have been working in nuke plants for decades.
One of the things many people do not know is that most facilities make applicants take psychological exams. They’re very good at rooting out crazies! I doubt he passed within the norm.
