I lost faith in Rick when he supported Dewhurst over Cruz.
He really needs to attack Hillary and the Democrats rather than get in a Pissing Contest with The Donald.
Either that of get out the Race and redeem himself by supporting Senator Cruz. I know, when Pigs fly...

Jeb is worse than Perry on illegal immigration so is The BIG Man Christie...Why? This is not a defense of Bush but to my knowledge he has never given taxpayer subsidized handouts to ILLEGAL aliens. Perry has.
Both men have said want amnesty for ILLEGAL hordes. How is Bush any different than Perry?
Rick Perry on the Record
Question: "But just to be clear: if border security is accomplished, you can envision some sort of path to citizenship for people who are here illegally?"
And Perry's response?
"Sure."

he sure is saying what needs said You betcha. But I am curious about something. We here at Free Republic are seeing Trump hitting it out of the park, on issue after issue. And folks who watch Fox News are probably noticing the same thing.
But I wonder if Joe six-pack, the guy who was - or could have been - a Reagan democrat is getting the message. Or are NBC and the other toadies blocking anything positive about Trump?
Because today's media is not the media of Reagan's time. They are much more nakedly partisan now. Trump won't get votes from the middle if the middle doesn't know what he stands for.

So all this “new tone, decorum, my friend across the aisle” stuff was unnecessary all this time?

But given he is a liberal on so many issues, including socialist healthcare he does not deserve the Republican nomination. Actually, these days that makes him perfect for the Republican Party. But it certainly doesn't make him conservative, which is now a dirty word in the GOP.

Going for the Marie Harf look isn’t the way to impress People. Doesn’t work for Katie Couric either.

I lost faith in Rick when he supported Dewhurst over Cruz.I never had faith in Perry, ever. But I'm with you; I supported Cruz over Dewhurst, and the fact that Perry didn't said a lot.

Perry supported free tuition for illegals, refused to support E-Verify to prevent illegals from working in Texas until just a month before leaving office, scoffed at the notion of building a secure border fence or wall.
His actions speak a lot louder than his words.
