Great idea as was another by a Freeper: laws requiring payment of alimony by a spouse who was a victim of adultery by the other spouse. That ought to tie up the family courts for years just dealing with the homo crowd.

Many couples over 65 “divorce” for financial reasons, especially concerning long term care. They still live together and (we presume) cohabitate in the Biblical sense. It’s strictly a financial deal done to survive this brave new world.
