Face it.
The lying GOP supports RomneyMarriage, ROmneyCARE/ObamaCARE,
ObamaTRADE, and the murder of Marines and Americans
by every Islamic terrorists, at least when they
are not instigating IRS attacks on conservatives
or arming al Qaeda, or the “rebels”, or covering up
Benghazi (the Issa and Gowdy way).

There is NO legal requirement for them to recuse themselves.

Where’s a conservative lawyer with Scotus experience when you need one?

If the Supreme Court false gods can make up a ruling like the two they did last month, they can disregard the constitution or existing laws at their discretion.

The GOPP need to wake up to the power grab, it wasn’t just about faggotry.

Don’t you get it, this is not your country anymore. Next, I think SCOTUS will go full UN international court on us. After that forget sovereign nation. We’ll be over run with blue helmets UNESCO “heritage sites”, and many more immigrants from who know where. Private property and private ownership will be a thing of the past - the government will own it all including you and I. Sometimes I wonder if the lake of fire can burn hot enough for these people.

Even if they get a rehearing and win, there is still the problem that within a decade or two it will be the law of the land anyway.

America has far too thoroughly accepted sex without restraint too care that same sex [not]marriage is legal. The only way overturning the decision will matter is if a decision stating that the constitution forbids any marriage that is not one man one woman.

re-hearing is supposed to be based on the merits of the case.
I’m not sure how recusal would fit the definition.

Better to demand the rehearing and be denied than to acquiesce in this patently unconstitutional ruling. There is no provision in the Constitution of which I am aware that confers subject matter jurisdiction on the Federal Courts over matters of matrimony or other areas of family law.

This ruling is merely the latest example of a rampaging judiciary arrogating power to itself. Letting this ruling stand without exhausting all possible avenues of overturning it is tantamount to ratifying it.

One of the few stories in the news on a “rehearing”.

Sounds like Ohio who this option would be open for, does not care to pursue it, unfortunately.

Of the four state AGs who are eligible to file the motion (from Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, and Tennessee) it was decided for various reasons focus on Mike DeWine of Ohio.

Try the other three - Michigan, Kentucky, and Tennessee - publicize them as well. Why hold back?

Pinging this with a hope that everyone pinged will move on this, call, email, post to twitter, and/or fax the list of Attorneys General below.

Also please ping your ping lists.

From the article:

*****

There are just five days to go before the July 21 deadline to file for a re-hearing before the US Supreme Court on its recent 5-4 “same-sex marriage” ruling...

Here’s what everyone can do now

CALL, EMAIL, TWITTER, or even FAX these AGs. They need to hear from more people than they’ve ever heard from before:

Demand that they file a “Motion for Rehearing” in the Supreme Court marriage case by next Tuesday, July 21st. The Court must consider the information about how Justices Kagan Ginsburg violated federal law by officiating homosexual “weddings” before the ruling, and not recusing themselves from this case.

OHIO Attorney General Mike DeWine (Republican)
Phone: 800-282-0515
Email: mary.mertz@ohioattorneygeneral.gov (his assistant)
Twitter: @OhioAG

TENNESSEE Attorney General Herbert Slatery (Repubican)
Phone 615-741-3491
Fax 615-741-2009
Twitter: @TNattygen [https://twitter.com/tnattygen]
Chief of Staff: Leigh Ann Apple Jones

MICHIGAN Attorney General Bill Schuette (Republican)
Phone 517-373-1110
Fax 517-373-3042
Email: miag@michigan.gov

KENTUCKY Attorney General Jack Conway (Democrat)
Phone 502-696-5300
Fax 502-564-2894
Email: web site contact page

Why filing this motion for a re-hearing is very important

We’ll repeat what we said earlier. Even if it’s not ultimately 100% successful this is extremely important:

First, it will “officially” bring the issue of Kagan’s and Ginsburg’s failure to recuse themselves (in violation of federal law) into the public spotlight. Right now, it’s relatively buried in ignored motions and various news articles in some conservative media. And it will reinforce understanding of the overall illegal nature of this ruling.

Second, it spotlights the overall illegitimacy of today’s Supreme Court, its overtly un-Constitutional approach to shaping our laws, and its illegal power grabs far and beyond what was intended by the Founders.

If this opportunity is lost, it will be a terrible indictment to this movement. If only the homosexual movement would give up this easily.

Thank you. I just sent emails to the people on the list. Here is my email:

Please file a “Motion of Rehearing” in the Supreme Court marriage case by next Tuesday, July 21st.

The cause for a Rehearing is the problem of having Kagan and Ginsburg using emotion rather than good reasons in their verdicts.

Here are good reasons to accept natural marriage and reject artificial ‘marriage’.
Bible: homosexuality is sin. Romans.
Psychology: homosexuality is caused by trauma. Freud.
Politics: the traditional family is the natural first element of every community. Aristotle.
Induction: homosexuals are violent. Castro Street in San Francisco.

Most sincerely and prayers,
