Analysis: Obama's Capitulation a Disastrous Win for Iranian Regime

When the Obama administration claimed that no deal was preferable to a bad deal, they weren't telling the truth.

Striking an accord, no matter how reckless and lopsided the terms, has been an obsession rooted in myopic naivety and selfish legacy-building.

At the onset of these negotiations -- brought on by tough sanctions that were opposed by Obama (again, instincts) -- the stated goal was to slowly diminish sanctions against Tehran, in exchange for the systematic dismantling of its nuclear program. This process would be overseen by comprehensively robust inspections, we were told. There would be no right to enrich. At the talks' conclusion, Iran achieves immense, front-heavy sanctions relief, in exchange for… promising to press a "pause" button on their nuclear program.

The very same program that somehow increased its stockpile during the interim "halt," throughout which the Obama administration offered one excuse after another to paper over the regime's non-compliance.

Iran's president summarized the state of play rather bluntly this week: "The international community is removing the sanctions, and Iran is keeping its nuclear program."

The Iranians were insulting John Kerry right to his face, they stated they will kill all the Jews (millions of people) and destroy America. Every sane person is against this so what does the insane like obama and Kerry and those in Europe do? They give Iran everything. The republicans could stop this but they had to have been bribed months ago when they abandon the constitution.

War is coming and millions will die. The only upside I see is I am in California and I believe the wind blows to the east so I will not be affected by the radiation from the nuclear bombs going off in Washington and New York....

It was not a capitulation. It was something Obama planned for a long time. Obama knows exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. The idiots that alibi for him and say that he in in over his head may not know, but Obama does.
