I’m from way up north and have no connection to the South but my undying love for a giant black man named Junior who sold his indescribably fine barbecued ribs from the porch of his home/general store in the lonely farm country outside Oxford Mississippi.
Best food I ever ate, so much so that it is difficult to consider anything eaten since that day actual food.
I am also a poor horseman if reasonably fit, disciplined and an above average marksman.
But when the day comes that Freepers or free men in general raise a call to arms to protect the statuary, memorials and burial grounds of historical/fallen heroes who fought for love, honor and the principles of this country, north and south, please send me word.
