Why did Cruz support obama to remove the Iranian capitulation from the treaty requirements on the Constitution ( 2/3 senate approval on all treaties was changed to 1/3 senate approval!!!) Any body please explain why this happened. This is outrageous.

The most recent poll (Monmouth) put Cruz in 3rd place behind Bush and Trump ahead of Walker and all the rest.
