So, let me get this straight. A doctor can operate on a 15 year old child’s genitalia without the parents’ permission. But if a teacher, or a regular doctor, touches the child wrong he or she goes to jail. I don’t see the difference.
Let me make myself clear. Everyone should go to jail for touching, or especially, mutilating a child’s genitalia.
