You don’t need to tell me anything about Trump. He’s basically been my neighbor for 40 years. Well, if NYC is one big neighborhood, of course. He has dominated the pop culture of NYC for decades. I will not support him for president because I’m looking at another candidate and hoping he will break through. But I am enjoying his schtick immensely. I enjoy it whether he’s running for president or annoyingly gilding the statue of Sherman on 5th Avenue. Goldberg knows all these things and yet is faking running for the fainting couch.
