Uh, Mrs. Chavez...in case you're wondering what is wrong with the poor argument you have offered, I'll clue you in: The vast majority of the crimes are being committed by illegal aliens who ARE NOT incarcerated.

Consequently, the incarceration rates of Mexicans, Salvadorans and Nicaraguans is of absolutely no moment whatsoever in this discussion.
