How about Barack Obama? He picks and chooses which laws to enforce and how to enforce them. When a case gets to the Supreme Court, they allow it. He is “untouchable”.
How about the Supreme Court? They have lifelong tenure but theoretically can be impeached. None ever has.
They are supposed to interpret the Constitution, and allow the People to change the Constitution if they so desire. Instead, they create a right of abortion and of gay marriage when none is listed in the Constitution, and they effectively removed the right to “exercise” religion that is specifically within the 1st Amendment.
They are worse than “untouchable”. They are our new monarchs.
