If he looses long with Christie, Rubio, Perry, etc in the primaries they'd have no qualms voting for Hillary because she more than the GOP stands for their ideas. Bigger government, pro-China, pro-Mexico invasion of US, pro- USCOC, pro-Sauds, anti-Israel,p pro-Corp at taxpayer expense, and likely pro-aborts.
GW Bush wasted an opportunity Reagan would made the most of which was a two house majority. Would he have taken party leaders to the woodshed if he had too? Yes because Reagan did not originate the so called 11th Reagan Commandment.
"W"s beloved mentor was Gerald R Ford whom if given time would have also ranked among the worst GOP Presidents. Ford gave us Carter much in the same way Da Bushes gave us Clinton and Obama. I have a feeling they aren't too upset with most of Obama's deeds seeing as how some of them W tried to do as well.
