Absolutely. We were taught in 8th grade civics class that very thing... our rights end where someone else’s rights begin and vice versa. You can pretty much do what you want to do unless you screw up someone else’s space.

What these cretin queers and libs do is what they want to do and expect us to not just allow it but endorse and participate in it and call it normal.

I agree, hitting the sob’s in the pocket book is a sure way to get their attention. People aren’t even willing to make the “sacrifice” of not buying for one day or not working for one day all a the same time. The tinder isn’t ready yet I guess. They have not gotten mad enough or hurt enough for that.

Solzhenitsyn is a chilling forecast really. I do believe that we will head the same way. I really do.

What we need is a guide by the likes of Jay Secula (sp?) or his group or one like it... How to organize our churches in a cascade of events that allow defiance in a tangle of legal webs that protect the churches and the people as we prepare for confrontation with the queers for example.

Well, conservatives have been rolling over for far too long!

FRankly, I believe the LIEberal/Socialist/Marxist/Fascist thugs that infest our governments (local, state and federal) have begun to overstep their bounds, and have pushed us to the tipping point.

You will note that when I refer to LIEberal/Socialist/Marxist/Fascist thugs, I don’t distinguish between Democrats or Republican thugs!

LIEberal/Socialist/Marxist/Fascist thugs infest both parties!

It just happens that the Democrat LIEberal/Socialist/Marxist/Fascist thugs are the most visible right now, or were until the Republicans pushed TPA and TPP through.

Back to the tipping point: With both parties allied against We the People, it is up to We the People to reign them in.

We should start with peaceful Civil Disobedience, and see where that takes us.

Hopefully, a peaceful revolt is all that will be necessary to restore the Constitution,

We must hope for the best and prepare for the worst!

I find myself largely in agreement with what you’ve laid out here. The time for “civil” disobedience is past. While I found Murray’s plan interesting, but ultimately unworkable and unfeasible, what I found more interesting is that “establishment” figures, like Murray, are now calling for civil disobedience in the face of tyranny and stating that the political process is broken beyond repair.

I don’t think we were seeing that only 4 or 5 years ago. The chorus is building.

I’m really not baiting you but I genuinely want to know what the first act of collective civil disobedience should be in protest of and how it would be executed?

Civil Disobedience is not the act of an individual that can be carted off, punished and forgotten but as an example of intimidation to the masses as it is now. Instead it is an act by a mass of individuals at the same time in protest of an injustice to all of the people done by huge numbers of people in such a way that they overwhelm the system and thus prevent the imprisonment of all of them.

Solidarity, by Lech Walesa in Poland, was one of these types of Civil Disobedience. He was able to overwhelm the system, attract worldwide attention to his cause and protect his group by mass Civil Disobedience.

I know you are not baiting me, and I’m sorry I don’t have a good answer for you.

Individual acts of Civil Disobedience will probably not be, as you suggest, successful. HST, many individual acts might, when they become known to the populace, trigger larger actions.

We first must accept the notion that Civil Disobedience is necessary, and then, once the mind set is in place, we’ll be amenable to larger actions.

Again, I have no idea what will set off mass Civil Disobedience, but the thrust of the LIEberal/Socialist/Marxist/Fascist thugocracy will most likely generate a resistance movement more pronounced than “Keyboard Kowyboying.”
