Trump leads the GOP pack this week, though few think he will win the nomination
The Republican horserace continues to be a contest of multiple candidates with frontrunners sometimes ahead by only a few points, and no one dominating the race. In this weeks Economist/YouGov Poll, businessman Donald Trump leads among Republicans, ahead of Kentucky Senator Rand Paul, former Florida Governor Jeb Bush, former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, Florida Senator Marco Rubio and Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker.
In the last couple years he changed his tune on abortion. For guns its more background checks, longer wait periods, and bans of any guns that he deems look scary. Toss in a strong love of eminent domain, little respect for Reagan, a strong love of Clinton, longtime financial and verbal support of every liberal candidate under the sun. Oh! And don’t forget he wants to replace Obamacare with British style universal healthcare.
Looks like the GOP flavor of the week tastes an awful lot like a Democrat.
I am a professional engineer with a MBA and I fail to find problems with Trump's assertions.
Some of us live within miles of the US Mexican border and believe me when you read the morning crime report there are few anglo names on the listings. If the author believes some us can read that is...
“..........few think he will win the nomination.”........
The rino’s will NEVER select someone who the people want, they want what the rino’s want, that being another demodummie with an “R” after his/her name.
The “Donald” is saying what all the other twits who are running for president would LIKE to say but don’t have the courage.
No, Trump will NOT be the rino’s choice.
“Does anyone know his positions on abortion, 2nd amendment, etc.?”
Doesn’t matter. If you guys manage to get Jeb nominated, just to have him, OBVIOUSLY, lose to Hillary, the Courts, Congress, and everything else we respect WILL BE GONE, as we’ll have some 30 MILLION new Democrats.
Trump is pro life and he has doubled down as of yesterday on the 2nd amendment. He says he does not want to touch the 2nd amendment for any reason.
