You don't seem to have noticed that the left is now fascist, rather than socialist. Socialism doesn't work, not even if you kill lots of people to implement it can call it Communism, because as Margaret Thatcher observed, eventually you run out of other people's money. Fascism, on the other hand, keeps a not-quite-free market economy running, so the problem of running out of money doesn't arise. And big corporations love fascism: the state creates regulations that prevent new entrants into the market (at least, sometimes it grants outright monopolies), gives them fat contracts, bails them out when they've made lousy economic decision, all they have to do is go along with whatever political program the state lays out and the bottom line does just fine.
The left are not fascist. They are hard core communists. There is one hell of a difference.
Believe me, I DO notice the fascism.
Sadly, the trojan horse that was used by Gov’t to infiltrate and control Big Corporate America was federal anti-discrimination law, leading to a host of other federal alphabet involvement in Big Biz.
Now they are just appendages of the Leftist State.
