This ‘journalist’ is simply stating, with more details, the same thing that Oprah said:

For supposedly despising the Nazi doctrines so very much, the left is certainly willing to apply most if not all of the Nazi agenda.

I expect, this is just their way of saying that National Socialists has to have the “right people” running it, to make it work.

Any kind of socialism will work, if imposed under threat of serious consequences for non-compliance. Part of the problem, the threats of punishments keeps on escalating, because it becomes apparent the early threats do not seem to be working.
