I’m not against what you’re saying, just curious what you think their next steps should be? Because after the legal steps (liens, lockouts, arrests) that’s where this heads.

Indeed! That is what laws are. Laws give government the power to kill a citizen if they are sufficiently resistant in complying with that law.
Every person should ask themselves, “Is this law important enough that I would have the state kill my neighbor, mother, child, cousin, or friend, if they were to be sufficiently resistant in complying with that law?”
