Wow that is a nice long list of accusations from a high priced lawfirm there but worth the read.

So the current court motions where started by the father because his children wouldnt speak to him during visitations....and was also a filing for request for expanded visitation.

Confirmed.

Thanks.

I guess I just dont get it....if I had remarried , had a two year old, and my kids and ex wife didnt want to see or speak to me I would take the hint.

I wouldnt try and legally power trip my way back into their lives....or be willing to see them in state custody until they turn 18.

SMH

This just all seems so bizzare....if the mother was in contempt why not jail her instead?

Why all this assumtion that the kids are programed little robots?

Where they not offered a choice?

Go to lunch with your dad, talk to your dad, and apologise or go to Childrens village?

Regardless of what started it, the kids are willing to go to children village rather than speak to their father...even after weeks of being there...

Now I cant think of any programing, amount of smack talk against their mom,, lies, flat out bribes or even threats could ever get my preteen daughter to willingly give up her friends, smart phone , x-box, cat ,and internet social circle and go sit in state custody with the possibilty of being there till shes 18 just to make daddy happy becuase I hate mommy.

She would throw me under the bus...LOL.

I keep wondering if there isnt something else going on we dont know yet or something happend we dont have the full back story on.

The son claims he saw his dad hit his mom....have you considered that he might be telling the truth?

have the kids witnessed fights and behavior from their father that make them fearful or hateful of him?

I’m sorry but psycho mom doesnt explain everything here.

If the actions of the children were based soley on their mother’s influence, why have they not complied with the court now that their mother has no contact with them for weeks?

What happens if they never change their minds?

Maybe the items in the motion were brought up because the mother was doing all that stuff! There are at least two professionals who have agreed that the mother has been alienating the children from their father.

Basically, from whaf it looks like, the mother left with the children and took them to another country, then worked on the children to turn them against their father.

Are you saying you would just let that happen to your own children? You would just walk away because they didn’t want to see you, even tho it seemed that their mother was, really, psychologically abusing them by alienating them from you, as well as by keeping them from their father (which is a bad thing for children).

This all started when the children were very young: the final separation and divorce seem to have been 6 years ago, so even the oldest was 9 at the oldest when his mother might have started all this (and he may have been a couple of years younger). So it would in no way correspond to how a child would react if the divorce occurred when he or she was a teen.

And where would the children be if the mother was put in jail? All their relatives are in Israel. So if the mother was put in jail, the children would be in state care anyway. But it seems she may have avoided jail by changing her actions while the children did not.

There is no evidence that the father was abusive other than the boy’s statement but there is evidence the mother was manipulating the children to believe bad things about their father.

The children are continuing with the counseling so hopefully this will all be resolved.

And the father does **not** want to see them in state custody—the judge said she would have done this sooner in the process except for the father’s request that it not happen.

As the only accusation of violence is the one statement from the 15 year old in court, and Maya doesn't seem like the kinda girl not to have used that behaviour IF it occurred, consideration is fairly low.
