Yes it truly is a Bizarro World situation. But good for them. I hope they stay strong on this issue and keep putting us to shame until we see the error of our ways.

I don't like to see the LGBT's over in Russia being bullied or worse, they have every right to be left alone and live their lives in peace. However, they are being used by the left here and in other places as a tool to "stick it" to those who disagree and/or have traditional beliefs. This is hypocrisy since now they are the bullies by default. No one should be bullied at all, as I put it, the pendulum should be somewhere in the middle.

So in response, I'm glad to see them stand up for family values as well as a response to being bullied. I often joked that if "Red Dawn" was remade with Russians invading today, I think the partisans would join up with the Russians instead of fighting them in order to save America from the totalitarian left.

I can understand some of the anger LBGT's have since they've been bullied for years but it is worse that because of the left's agenda, they have been whooped up so much where now they are the bullies, that is just as wrong.

Being the libertarian I am,I have friends on both sides of the issue, I don't want to see anyone of them to get hurt, too bad we cannot just respect our differences and agree to disagree and just live our lives and move on. Still, unless they stop, we will have to push back out of necessity. I don't care who marries who or who sleeps with who, as long as they get a room and are at or above the age of consent as the local laws say. Even so, deep down inside for myself, I believe in traditional values, so I do believe we need equal protection for those who do disagree and believe in traditional values.

If you want my opinion, the left really doesn't care about LGBT rights, they are just another vehicle use so they can get their way. They also ally with radical Islam and that will bite them after they bite us. To the left, they are on a jihad and don't care as long as they get their way, as much as I abhore it since innocents will get hurt, we will have to use force at some point since all other options are being exhausted.

The downside to Russia, they have no history of a free, republican government system like we do with a bill of rights but I cannot condemn them for pushing back against the left.

The Democrats used the homosexuals as one of their divide and conquer issues. They were looking for another block of votes to permanently get on their side as they got with the black vote. Blacks are about 13% of the population and homosexuals were believed at that time to be 10% of the population. We have since learned that they are closer to being 2% of the population. The Democrats groomed the homosexuals to be a lifelong faithful group of Democrat voters but it might backfire on them when people being to see how destructive the homosexuals can be. Hopefully people will realize that the Democrats are the ones that gave gays the power and hopefully the Republicans will not jump on the gay bandwagon.

You need to educate your libertarian friends about how the gays have shut down Catholic adoption services, small bakeries shops, forced workers at Morgan Chase to stop referring to their spouses as husband or wife, everyone has to refer to their “partners”. Homosexuals not only are taking away our rights to run a religious adoption service, or have a bakery, not only are they taking the words out of our mouths they are putting their words into our mouths.
