Baltimore’s Mayor won’t be happy until she turns Baltimore into the next Detroit.
Baltimore is on its way to becoming the “next Detroit” but at least Detroit still makes cars. Baltimore lost its Chevy engine plant on Bruning Highway years ago and no one came in to replace it.
