And what does the so-called “Feminist Movement” do to help these women?

We all have beenreminded that degrading and defeating ISIS will take time, so these atrocities will continue apace, at least until the Obamanation leaves office.

Well, you know, I am rather well versed in all subjects related to Orthodox Judaism having been raised in a Hasidic Orthodox home, gone to Orthodox yeshivas, am descendants of some very influential rabbis who were pioneers in kaballah. So when i say i am agnostic it sounds somewhat misleading as if I'm agnostic because I wasn't subjected to spiritual or divine subject matters. I'm agnostic for the very reasons my father force fed me the dogmatic beliefs he tried to instill in me and i have some very compelling arguments why there is no God but again the mysterious of life I've been much too intensely indoctrinated I'm also rather fluent in Yiddish but all of this are subjects that I rarely share but have done so out of wanting to be fair as you yourself have revealed some personal matters about yourself

So while I have very strong feelings against the existence of God not just feelings but very much knowledge of the Old Testament and Talmud that provides access, validation for my lack of belief, ambiguity about God, there is definitely strange forces in the physical and spiritual Universes that keeps me from being an absolute denier, as you brought up originally. As far as ever going so far a ever being a zealot or even a believer, in the manner in which the Orthodox demand, that's never going to happen.. I hardly give God any credence,99.9% attributable to the quality of life I've been forced to endure and can not accept any God instilling into me the life he did without getting to a certain degree enraged. so, a lot of my sense of non-believing arises out of the circumstances I've struggled to overcome.

How interesting to read your background in Judaism. Though I’m not familiar with the term. Hasidic Orthodox. ...is it related then to kaballah teachings which I assume you’ve also been instructed in????

Am not trying to pry in your otherwise conversation but I found your background quite interesting.

......"Why is not the entire world helping these woman by wiping those monsters off the face of the planet?".....

The World has no heart as they move further and further away from God. Our country has the means to end this but our administration does not have the will....But we are told this time would come....and things would become worse and worse...

It's not quite like that. I grew up in a modern non-religious home because I refused to accept the teachings of my father. Although indoctrinated in his way of life, I never accepted it.

While I might have respected you, what you've said, most fundamentally about not wanting to pry into my life, I feel very much betrayed by you, disappointed and quite hurt. While on one hand you ask me extremely personal questions telling me you don't want to pry into my life, yet on the other hand you you demonstrate a repugnant, duplicitous and sinister traits of a sociopath by having already sent the questions you asked of me to metmom; CynicalBear; boatbums in advance of any response by me.

What is you game? What are you trying to do here? Asking me personal questions already sent out to your associates for the purposes of what reason? I really am outraged by this. I will ask the Moderator to delete any comments I have made and report you to Jim Robinson. Please make no attempt to contact me again.

Very suitable post. I tried for years to warn students in public school what they were facing & caught pure hell from them, their parents & administrators. Destruction this way comes. Thus, my screen name.

Reading God’s word will give you the answers. Rejecting some incorrect or improper teaching of it only leaves you open to eternal destruction. Crying to someone else when you can’t defend your position doesn’t make the truth a lie. It is folks like you that have helped this country get in the mess it’s in. Those with no backbone to tell you to keep quiet are also responsible for the mess we’re in. No compromise exists anymore between those who follow God’s Word & evil. Let the chips fall where they may.

... Those I pinged are friends who also take an interest in ‘other’ religions which you did put out there as you know, therefore if it was that personal to you perhaps you might want to reconsider not posting such information...or take your conversation to freep-mail as others do in order to maintain something you apparently feel private about.

I’ll not respond further to the rest of your post as clearly you appeared to be in a distressed mode and seemingly ultra sensitive.

I did not intend to create an issue and am sorry you assumed so much.

It’s often difficult today to speak candidly as people have such high levels of sensitivities, (no thanks to political correctness and hate speech).... Let alone take interest in their life.

I’m very much concerned that all this violence we are seeing of ISIS, easily available for view, as well I’ve already noticed the LBGT people are posting intimate photos of themselves everywhere now they have a green light.....that all this will be as every day viewing so people will just accept it as the norm. It’s a conditioning of our society today to not only accept but experience as the “norm”.

All is moving very fast now...

The hand is already writing the last word, “upharsin”. Trying to tell people is pointless. They are so determined to stay with their beliefs which are in error or non-belief that they simply can not see what is happening. No wonder only 8 were saved on the ark.

...”No compromise exists anymore between those who follow God’s Word & evil. Let the chips fall where they may.”...

I believe you’re quite right on that note. People have difficulty discerning between what is good and what is evil today. The boundaries are so blurred by society’s determination to eliminate all that is historical and morally right that it’s closing the debates....therefore truth cannot be made known when there is no debate.

I have no interest in polite debates any more. Folks didn’t listen for years when I tried to tell them the truth. I have no sympathy for people who will not repent. The consequences come. So be it. I’ll suffer with them, but I am beyond caring any more.

....”They are so determined to stay with their beliefs which are in error or non-belief that they simply can not see what is happening.”....

Yes, that is true which does evidence that only God can stir them to desire ‘His’ truth....for as we know without they are doomed. You are also correct to encourage people to read the Bible to see what He has to say. Many don’t stick with it for too long I’ve found...but then He is looking for those who seek Him.

I remember when I first picked up a big ol’family Bible....I wanted answers. It was not long before I saw and understood what He wanted me to see understand. Which was actually far better for me then what I wanted to see.

As to the Ark....brought to mind “Narrow is the way”..and you know the rest.

People have been struggling since the dawn of time with the question of evil and suffering and greater minds than mine have not come up with an answer. And I don’t think we are either.

The human race has shown what it is capable of and in light of that, the better question would be, in light of all the evil we see around us, where did good come from?

It’s easy to question why God doesn’t step in and DO something to stop the evil. And it’s natural. We ALL struggle with that and I don’t for a minute believe that there’s a soul who doesn’t.

But God is real, and true and just, and He is keeping account, and there’s a hell that is for real and for eternity.

God does do miracles and good, but unlike the evil and atrocities, it is not obvious, nor spectacular, nor sensational. It’s usually quiet and hidden and done out of the limelight.

It doesn’t arouse in us the same kind of response, so often gets easily forgotten.

There are no easy answers to something like this and there never will be.

But the tactic of the enemy, Satan, is to incite men to evil and then to blame God for not doing something about it.

He’s slandering God.

God is good and just and WILL execute justice on every evil ever perpetrated in this world. It’s not on our time frame, which is frustrating.

Nevertheless, I am trusting Him to do it.

I know what He has done in my life personally, and I know He is good and I will never turn my back on Him, whether I understand everything He does or not.

....”I have no interest in polite debates any more”....

Well maybe you shouldn’t look at them from the stand point of being “polite”. I say this because even Jesus was known to “thunder” and be quite bold when the moment called for it and he didn’t mix words either.

I have noted over the last couple years God seems to be bringing people who are somewhat rough around the edges, to put it mildly. They are resistant, but I also noted that often times the conversation taking place is not so much for them as it is the “other listeners” within ear shot that the seed takes hold. I can’t stress that enough....

I read caww's comment here and see no where where she was prying or looking for personal information. Her question was a general one about belief systems and if they were related. That is not personal information.

Yes, it is something that probably could be found on the internet, but we all know how reliable THAT can be, so asking you herself was a natural thing to do.

Nor was there any nefarious motives that I can see to why she would have pinged me or others. I don't see that her comment warranted reporting her. This is an open forum and any and all comments are open to response, and since she did not violate any posting guidelines established by the management, there was no need for that extreme a response.

I'm sure that if had approached her yourself about it, she would have complied with your request to not engage in any further conversation.

And for the record, my other post to you was posted BEFORE I saw this comment. The previous response had nothing to do with being pinged to this conversation.

genocide is happening. Liberals are silent. My guess Is they are silent because we have a liberal clown in the White House. If this was going on under a conservative president, you can bet your last dollar these Holloywood libs would be making noise.
