Thanks. Homosexuality is generally treated in the New Testament as one of several sexual sins. The notion that it is peculiarly sinful relative to other types of sex outside marriage isn’t well supported.
It is, of course, much more fun to condemn sins you aren’t tempted to engage in yourself.
Precisely Paul's point.
It is well defined in the Old Testament including in the book of Romams as a abomination to God as a very grevious sin.
I understand the lost -- a little bit, having been lost myself. I know that there are malicious "movement" gays that want nothing better than to destroy me, my family, my church, all churches: God Himself, if they could.
But I know there are many others who are just confused, hurt, one day elated and swaggering, the next day deflated, ready to kill themselves.
May the Lord reach us with His mercy.
Of course that statement is true in of it’s self that we are temped to condemn those “ sins “ that we do not personally engage in or are not temped ourselves, but that is a broad general statement.
Homosexuality is more than just a gross grave sin, but including it has devastating consequences and is demonic in origin, homosexuality is demonic, a evil spirit.
We are not just dealing with a particular set of sins here, we are actually dealing with the underworld spirits.
Isn’t it the only sexual sin called an abomination?
