Did we really think that the left would be satisfied with their recent wins in the Supreme Court? The Progressive position du jour depend solely on what facet of their agenda they wish to advance today, and then tomorrow, and then the next day ad infinitum. Well, here they go again!!!

The most polite thing I can say about Tammy Balwin is that if she studies very hard, she can work her way up to being an imbecile.

Let’s be fair here. Unlike Obama and Hillary we see Baldwin actually trying to explain her position, which gets her into trouble. If she simply stayed on the officially issued talking points there would not have been an issue.
Her mistake is trying to make sense of the official Democrat talking points. That is impossible and only the stupid attempt it.

Smells like a butt pull interpretation commonly done by a demoncrap. Typical of many demoncrap politicians, and many of the republiCAN’T rino’s.

So idiot if the First Amendment freedom of religion doesn’t apply to individuals does this mean that the government can tell you as an individual what you can and cannot believe?

Most likely this Obama talking, sending up a trial balloon. You may hear the same meme from the Justice Dept.
2016 I have the feeling that it is going be a long haul until the next election.

The left just got done saying the 1st amendment only applies to individuals.
To: Kevin in California
Actually, she is, unintentionally, correct. The 1st Amendment applies to the government (Congress), and by the 14th, also applies to the States. It protects individual rights, but the amendments themselves apply to government.

Everyone needs to understand this is a propaganda game. The Left has many people who throw out these outlandish ideas because they know sometimes it sticks. The have thousands of propaganda spreaders. From Pelosi to Debbie Blabbermouth Shultz and Pierce Morgan.
The Right has Trump and that's about it.

Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-Wis.) says the 1st Amendments religious liberty protections dont apply to individuals.
Well Senator, regardless of what you "believe", the 1st Amendment explicitly prohibits Congress from making any laws to try and find out just who is protected by it.
