Obama started to work for the Chicago Annenberg Challenge in 1995 (he worked there till 1999).
The address of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge was 115 South Sangamon St.
At the time, Bill Ayers worked for the Small Schools Workshop, which was the recipient of the cash that Obama handed out via the CAC. The address of the SSW was - no surprise - 115 South Sangamon St.
