I think most of us agree on that. The current solution effectively cedes the whole river to Mexico and has fenced some Texas ranchers out of their own dang country on land they've owned for generations.

Clearly.

More than half of the southern border is in Texas, though.

And is a river. Hopping up and down hollering "fence!" is
great for that 40% of the border.. but ignores the other
60% and never seems to even realize the facts.

Now.. if we built a hella awesome fence on the MEXICAN side of the river.. I'm good with that.

Maybe trade 'em Los Angeles for the land...
