We taxpayers have to stop paying for illegitimate children.
Period.
We limit and postpone our fertility so that we can provide for our children.
If we are paying for their children via numerous welfare programs, BY DEFINITION they are incapable of providing for their children.
If baby-mommas don’t get a check, they will stop having illegitimate babies PDQ.
For the ones who don’t get the message soon enough, there is adoption or help by family members, but there has to be no payment by tax money.
It is akin to slavery to BUY illegitimate children. The children are slaves because their existence provides support to their mothers. This is immoral to the nth degree.

Where I grew up, this happened, once. A white kid at my junior high school was stomped on in the school yard by a pack of bussed in students. It was for no reason other than he said hello to one of the girls. He wound up having pieces of a bic pen removed from his skull.
Two weeks later, as the school day finished, this pack was heading to the train station for their ride back to the city. The locals were in wait. They set upon them, enacting their revenge. There was no school for the remainder of the week and for the rest of the school year, the bussed in students had a police escort.
But point was made. You are welcome like everyone else until you wear out your welcome. Up until that point in time, there was no black or white, Catholic or Jewish, although everyone hated the Puerto Ricans.
Not incapable, unwilling. They learn quite well how to game the system, to pay their supplier the correct amount for their inventory of marketable drugs, how to figure desired percentage of profit.
