From your excuses, the man is a fool for even leaving his home and exposing himself to the risk of getting attacked in public.

This is the same antiquated viewpoint that says a woman who dresses provocatively, invites a rape. You are still putting all the burden on the victim to "prevent" the attack. It is not his fault.

I am a proud American who happens to be black. This disgusting behavior on behalf of the perps makes me ashamed to be black. I’d like to throttle the moron and tell him to take his head out of his backside. Sadly, there is indeed a sense of entitlement within large (but not all) segments of the black community that gives them the idea that they can perform such acts with impunity. Unfortunately, with our milquetoast legal system, it is important for civilized community members to be prepared to address such criminal activity on their own.
