Excellent comment. Worth repeating. This summarizes exactly the motive behind the Saudi move:
“With Iran on the way to getting nukes and ISIS gaining ground in the region the rich Saudi’s are in danger of having their peachy status quo shaken up. Its not Israel who threatens them one iota. If anything it may be Israel saves their fat butts when push comes to shove against their common enemies.”
And those common enemies are not only Iran, but also the USA.
