Poverty can be cured with money.No it can't. Look at lotto winners as examples. They get lots of money and most end up bankrupt within 5 years. They do not have the skills nor the desire to remain out of poverty. It is a mind-set and like stupidity cannot be cured. A person can have a lot of money and still be poor.
