Here’s what I learned from a comment from the SF Gate:
“Update: ICE officials told the media that it released this monster to the City of San Francisco to deal with a drug charge against the perp. They specifically told the Sanctuary city to call them for a detainer when they were done. Consistent with liberal pro-criminal policy, the City released him on the street.
For all you who are saying this had NOTHING to do with SF, you are wrong again. The feds were set to pick this guy up yet again, and our leadership released him because illegal immigrants are above the law and apparently have more rights than US citizens.”
The family should sue SF for wrongful death of their daughter.
And even the press was physically attacked:
“Earlier Thursday, two television news crews reporting on the killing were mugged at the scene, with a masked gunman pistol-whipping a camera operator. The robber took cameras from KNTV and KTVU before he jumped into a black BMW and fled.”
