My last two mammograms were supposed to be covered by my insurance and totally free. The trouble is that I have “dense” breast tissue so I always have to get another scan done. Well, that one is considered diagnostic and therefore it costs me hundreds of dollars. Such a scam. Expect to see more and more women who suddenly have dense breast tissue, lol.

I had the EXACT same diagnosis. I’ve always been told they’re dense but last year (after Obungocare) I “needed” a follow up, where they were mammogramed at different angles AND ultrasounded. They billed Obungocare over $1,000 but it was “adjusted” to around $400....where previously I only needed regular $99 mammograms.
