Is it? I don’t think so. The money should go to his baby daughter and the one raising her.
I think this whole wife/girlfriend, kids here/kids there situation is sad, but she’s not baby mama coming out of the woodwork, she’s the real mother of his child. Illegitimate or not, this baby deserves the financial protection that the sad death of her father will give her. The “wife” has been trying to keep it all for her and her kids, so they could have a big payday. spew!!!
