Again, who is asking Congress to determine or judge anything here? Congress is not authorized to determine or judge anything here.

But you keep making statements that Congress is somehow involved in determining and judging matters of an Article V Convention. This is not contributing anything of value to this thread.

Maybe you missed some of the posts on this thread discussing whether a single-issue petition was necessary or important.

The debate is whether Congress would consider multiple petitions on different subjects as satisfying the constitutional requirements for them to call a convention. From some of your posts I thought you realized that there was such a debate but apparently not.
