As many copper thieves that there are. This is the most likely cause. The next would be union activity. They reported that the three wires were cut thru. I smell an employee.

I hate these guys. 30+ years working for at&t and nothing pisses me off more than terrorists like this. I could go on and on, but these guys can be stopped. I can’t believe the FBI hasn’t got them yet. A good phone guy with the data and records could catch these guys.
