In a new James O’Keefe video doctors, staffers, and a top official are captured on hidden camera speaking about the problems that continue to plague the Department of Veterans Affairs. VA doctor tells undercover Project Veritas journalist: “We’re way below water in terms of the ability to supply, to meet the requests that’s demanded.” According to VA Undersecretary/ Brigadier General: “Once you’ve entered the appeals process all bets are off, the only solution to that is changing the law or more people.”

Watching my dad fight the VA since the 60’s, he retired in 1963, the VA’s claim in those days was all of your records were destroyed in the fire at the St. Louis record center. He passed in 1991 and they were still using that excuse. But with new vets entering the service in the 90’s dont they have digital records to access these records to support the new claims?
Although I didn’t serve, I advised my daughter who served 4 1/2 in the Marines, to make sure everything was documented and to get a copy of her records based upon my dad’s experience.
Yes, moved to Texas and we have such an office here in my county. Excellent. Simply excellent.
However, El Paso County is a disaster. The El Paso office is unresponsive and rude.
