My local Macys is terrible, and has been for some time. I haven’t even bothered to go into the store in over a year. The merchandise is generally poor quality and at least 1/2 the registers are unmanned.
I’ve found better deals and higher quality in Kohls.
I hear complaints all the time. We can’t keep people and the management keeps piling more and more on us so we can’t always watch the registers while working on a huge pile of shirts.
