That creates more terror because no place will be safe, most believe as long as they don’t live or work in big cities they will be safe.

The risk of sudden jihad syndrome on a small scale is around, any time mohammadans are around.

But yeah, large crowds are by definition target rich. Concerts, sporting events, malls, schools, parades, etc.

Successful attacks are inevitable. A bit like car accidents, we don't like them, but can't stop them. Not saying car accidents are criminal, just that the losses are inevitable.

Anyway, you raise a really good point, and I retreat from my previous position.
