"My understanding is that the big disagreements holding up the Wisconsin budget are huge cuts to education that Walker wants and the legislature does not. Walker wants to borrow a huge sum of money for road and bridge repair and the legislature also disagrees with that."
Thanks!
And friends, avoid buying anything that you don't really need. Frequently study and build projects to become more self-sufficient, stealthy and tactical. Frequently study and practice manufacturing a necessity as a hobby for now. The B. will soon be wounded. Starve the B. After that is accomplished (after the bond collapse and all of the repudiations of debt), ladies and gentlemen (real makers), start your production engines.

...bingo.
Someone tell me why I should trust the NY Slimes.
Ain’t it INTERESTING how the Slimes never seems to find dirt on Hussein, Hitlery, or the other clowns in the Demon Rat car? Only on Republicans who are CAPABLE of governing.

Good point about the unfunded mandate. I know Walker touts himself as the Governor who gets things done, but when you examine what the results are for his state, it doesn’t have the same ring to it.
Forbes has criticized him on more than one occasion for creative accounting in trying to make the budget deficit not appear as bad as it is. At some point, he is going to be called out on this record during the campaign.

It is getting hard to peg just exactly what drives the NY Times now. Liberalism certainly does, but do they now show a penchant for tossing any liberal under the bus if it will drive sales? Looks like it. They seem to be a paper now that is driven towards appealing to the middle management class.

When will people here at FR truly get this point that you have raised?
When?

Some will never get it for the simple fact that they don’t want to get it. I would hate to support a candidate that I couldn’t be objective enough about to at least weigh some facts from time to time.
Present statistics from any source that don’t flatter their guy and it will be dismissed as a “hit piece”. Yeah and Hillary is not the only one who claims a “vast right wing conspiracy.

Working with Thad Cochran's biggest unethical manager Brad Dayspring. Scott Walker can forget about getting my vote!
In case you've forgotten all the dirty tricks he pulled, remember:

Remember when he said he would not announce until the budget was done? That’s off the flip flop table. Now he will announce and to heck with the budget.

I find Scott Walker to be an establishment candidate who does not want to walk the minefield so he refuses to announce. There are problems in Wisconsin that the other shoe has not dropped yet.

I guess we shouldn’t be surprised he hired a slime. Walker’s campaign was cited for cheating when he ran for office at Marquette. He is still under investigation for illegally coordinating campaign funds during his last two elections.

“There are problems in Wisconsin that the other shoe has not dropped yet”.
Spot on. That and he is getting his campaigning paid for now by the Wisconsin taxpayers. Anybody believe that the trip to Israel was a trade mission? He had to bolster his foreign policy creds, so the WEDC picked up the tab.

Yep WEDC is a major problem for Walker. There is a reason he won’t announce.

Stadium has already been built and the taxpayers are paying for it.
Are you talking about the proposed new arena? Last I heard was that the taxpayers will be footing the bill for a portion of that as well to the tune of $250 million (about half).
The funding proposal has passed in the state assembly but not in the senate yet.

I do not believe that taxpayers should be funding sport’s arenas. Others believe that it brings more $$ into the state (which the taxpayers will never see) and we can’t afford to lose the sport’s teams.
