Same sex marriage licenses are currently being issued, and same sex marriages performed, in Texas. All Texas has said is that individual clerks may refuse to grant such licenses, and even then only if there is someone else in the office who is available and willing to do so.
right. I don’t see any entire states including Texas refusing to grant same sex marriage licenses.
