Bondi defended the state against lawsuits aimed at upending a ban on same sex marriage that had been approved by Florida efforts. Bondi defended her role in the legal battle in a statement released Friday, but added it is time to accept the outcome.
She said the Supreme Court's decision "provided the clarity our state and country was seeking."
Bondi said legal efforts were not about personal beliefs or opinions, but rather, "the rule of law."
A federal judge ruled last year that Florida's voter-approved ban is unconstitutional. U.S. District Judge Robert Hinkle stayed the effect of his ruling until Jan. 5. Same sex couples started getting married throughout the state on that date.
Whoooa, hold everything....
New Laws are needed for Same Sex Marriages.
The Supreme Court decision on gay marriage must be amended by stating gay marriage is a health risk to the community.
As we know gays are prohibited from giving blood. If you have ever given blood this is one of the questions, have you had sex with another man.
Many STD are transmitted by homosexuals. Therefore there should be a mandatory WAITING PERIOD for a same sex marriage license to be issued.
Tests must be required at the application time and at the time the marriage license is issued.
A waiting period of XX number of days is needed to see if there is any disease present in the same sex applicants.
State and local government can pass these laws for same sex marriages.
This law would be covered by the 10th Amendment for States Rights.
The COURT has made their decision! Now let’s see them enforce it!
How many Battalions does the COURT have!
The court has spoken
Now it is OUR TURN
(Chuckle)..Love that!
Pam Blondie is just another one of the enormous RINOs we grow here in FL. Every one of them, including Blondie, will swear up and down that they are conservatives. Just ask JEB!, Marco, and Charlie Crist (when he used to be a republican).
wonder if she will defend Plessy v Ferguson...the SC ok’d segregation. So Bondi should start supporting that since the SC made it law of the land.
Imagine Pam Bondi explaining to us why we should let the pedophiles take our kids....
“It’s da law, the Supreme Perverts said so”
“The court has spoken” has as little significance and “The MSNBC anchor has spoken”. It just means someone with an extreme bias has aired their political opinions. The court is supposed to have more authority, but they lost all legitimacy. Obama’s goons enforcing the gay “marriage” ruling are simply goons.
GOD has Spoken......GOD WILL NOT BE MOCKED!!!
WHAT????
What these fools don’t realize is Western law is founded upon Christianity. Removing it from Christianity constitutes nullification.

She is right
I have sent two emails to my three County Commissions - the most recent one included the link to what the Texas AG has declared.
Texas Fights Back Against Gay Marriage Ruling
They will be getting phone calls today.
Pam Bondi needs to go back to school to learn history.
A). In 1857, the SCROTUM issued what was until this week the worst decision ever. In Dred Scott v. Sanford, SCROTUM ruled that blacks could not be American citizens and therefore had no standing to sue in federal court, and that the federal government had no power to regulate slavery in the federal territories acquired after the creation of the United States. IT WAS THE LAW OF THE LAND.
B). Northern abolitionists refused to accept the LAW OF THE LAND fomenting dissent and indirectly leading to the “Civil War”.
C). The rule of law is the legal principle that law should govern a nation, as opposed to being governed by arbitrary decisions of individual government officials. THERE IS NO RULE OF LAW ANYMORE.
D). No government or law or ruling can force one to do evil. Evil is in the heart and needs no prodding. GOD HAS GIVEN US THE LAW. BREAK IT AT YOUR SOUL’S PERIL.
The Court “spoke” in the Dred Scott decision too, Blondie.
Funny, but last time I checked, there were quite a few Black US citizens.
