On Friday, Marxist collaborator Marco Rubio urged Americans to abide by the Supreme Court’s unconstitutional ruling…
"We live in a republic and must abide by the law."
Cruz’s response:
"You know what’s striking…how many of the presidential candidates today issued statements on the marriage decision that basically said that ‘the court has spoken, the issue is over, it’s time to move on’. They sounded like Barack Obama.
It was heartbreaking, and I have to say, I look at some of these folks and I think, for once, could you grow a backbone!?"

Cruz is right. Whether it is the same sex marriage case or the Obamacare one what we have is overt violation by the Supreme Court of its oath and the tyrannical application of its position. When the court is re-writing laws and making up shit its time to stand up.

A number of years ago in California they held recall elections and threw out a couple of state Supreme Court justices, mainly because they refused to ever permit the death penalty using all kinds of phony legal contortions.
It didn’t change much, but it was very satisfying at the time.
