Many will, marrying for the money is an old scam in the military, and today, when you can marry your best friend and roommate, then it will be done.
I said that both straight and gay military will marry, and then do a simple divorce on discharge.
That goes for friends that are in the military, and friends that aren’t.
sadly, I’ve seen that too.....marriage on paper while the guy is overseas brings in the extra money....
