I don’t know if this is a big deal or not. Every major military power has played games to invade other countries. It’s all part of good strategization.
Given what the Scandis have been doing for the last few Decades, i'm thinking a Russian Takeover would be a stay of execution.

The Russians might not have 33,000 politically reliable troops anymore. They used to have about 50,000, but lost a lot in the Ukraine. That has caused some difficulty recruiting & training enough to keep up with normal attrition, let alone combat casualties.
