Absolutely cogent interpretation of this ruling’s likely impact. As much as this “community” likes to pose as loving, faithful partners, I’d bet that divorce rates go through the roof. I should have gone to law school as I originally planned. Though it must be hard to do my job holding my nose all the time.
I actually said this to my son 5 years ago with this possible ruling in mind. He didn't listen.
Keep in mind these will be very expensive divorces because of the money involved with a two man income marriage.
