I had already stocked up on flags at Appomattox to give to all my friends in Great Britain who love the old South. I've noticed that flag several times in British TV shows. Usually, it's hanging somewhere like the wall of a fish & chips shack. I wondered if there were some meaning to the home audience that I was missing.
