Next time some Dauphin Bush lackey tells me I need to vote for the Dauphin in Nov 2016 because of SCOTUS appointments, I will throw back Roberts and Souter back at him. The Bush dynasty is averaging a coin flip on these appointments or worse if one remembers Bush the Younger initially wanted Harriett Miers.

What about Reagan's O’Conner and Kennedy stinkers? Ford? Nixon? Eisenhower? Face the facts, Republican Presidents are failing (percentage wise) to appoint Constitutionalists that affirm the original intention of the law, thus, the law says what the law says.
Democrat Pres. have an “A” average in terms of appointments matching their ideological platform.
What does that say about the GOP apparatus?
