Facing enormous blowback, Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) on Thursday reversed course and said he was reinstating Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) as a subcommittee chairman.

Chaffetz stripped Meadows of his subcommittee gavel last week after the congressman joined nearly three dozen other conservatives in voting against leadership on a procedural motion that nearly scuttled a major trade package.

Tea Party Wins Twice In House

Two small victories, but straws in the wind. These are tough votes for Representatives. When the Fascist Party led by the Democrats and Mainstream Republicans demand that someone be punished, everyone understands there may be consequences, both intended and unintended.

'“I will continue to vote and conduct myself in accordance with my conscience, what my constituents want me to do, and what is best for the country.”' These are real fightin words for the Fascist Party.

'Chaffetz backtracks, reinstates punished GOP lawmaker to chairmanship'

'“Chaffetz’s decision follows a separate move by the House GOP freshman class, which on Thursday morning decided against stripping Rep. Ken Buck (R-Colo.) of his title as class president.”

Ms Pelosi may regain the Speakership soon. This, using todays trumpeted logic, would be a victory for Republicans. Mr. Boehner may not have the votes anymore, and is willing to throw his supporters under the bus to save his own spray dyed career. Planning all this retribution and punishment given by Boehner creatures and then making them eat crow shows great weakness in the support for Mr. Boehner.

Why?

Will be vey interested to find out if
A. Chaffetz caught heck from his constituents and folded
B. Boehner folded
or
C. House Freedom Caucus folded
(in order of likelihood IMO)

I do not consider a “win”. Nothing really changed from before he was removed.

John Roberts is Bush’s everlasting legacy for us having to once again vote for RINO ROT!
Boehner= RINO ROT
McConnel= RINO ROT
3/4 of the Senate Rebubes = RINO ROT
3/4 of the House Repubes = RINO ROT
Cheif Justice = RINO ROT
STOP voting for RINO ROT or this is what you get.
Is it time once and for all for Conservatives and Tea Party to separate themselves from the unholy alliance with RINO ROT?

It’s not limited tp Boehner. A majority of Republican congressmen voted to make him Speaker, knowing full well where he stood.

They already purged six conservatives previously, would be great if some of those could be reversed.

Boehner folded. Chaffetz wouldn’t take a dump without Boehner’s OK first.

Not straws in the wind.. proof they have at least SOME fear left of the TEA party.

Boner’s still a goner next election, though... I am one state over and I will be driving there to campaign against him

WHO IS GOING TO PRIMARY HIM? LETS MOVE SARAH PALIN INTO HIS DISTRICT- FORCIBLY IF WE HAVE TO

(Unless she runs for President)

If we can't replace them with Conservatives, then replace them ion the General Election with RATS.
Either way they've got to be thrown out !

Did Tea Party members agree not to advocate impeaching the SCOTUS liberals?

‘They already purged six conservatives previously, would be great if some of those could be reversed.’

All in good time.
This is the first win the Tea Party has had in a long time.
Reversing these RINO decisions and getting our people back in place has made Mr. Boehner very jumpy. Speakers of the House don't usually get slapped back, and Mr. Boehner was slapped back hard and in public.
Now to get the other Tea Party members back in their previous positions.

Everyone in the House is counting votes today, both what they think they have, and what they wish they have.
With this kind of philosophical split in the Republican wing of the Fascist Party, more interesting events are due soon.
In a sense, the Speakership of the House is up for grabs. One of Mr. Boehners Lieutenants(and the Lieutenants have not been doing a good job lately) may see that fortune favors favor the bold TWB
