No.. I was just talking with J.Roberts the clear meaning of

“in all the other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make.”

Is

“In all other cases that we the court think congress acted in a way that did not makes sense to us we shall have ALL power to change the written law and even the former constitution to fit our whims.”
